How to Be a Great Exchanger:
The Basics of Using What You Have
to Get What You Want
After 13 years we’ve learned our lesson: don’t hold a full-length, in-person meeting in November.
Why?
Because almost every one of our members is catching up from the National Real Estate Summit, and can’t make it out for a live meeting.
So we’re gonna make it easy (and incredibly valuable!) for you to join us ONLINE, instead, and learn how to do a thing that’s made our members millions in the past 3 years…
There’s been a lot of excitement lately about getting deals, or getting INTO deals, by trading resources that AREN’T money—like your knowledge, your skills, your work, your other properties, your notes, your leads, whatever.
We do these ‘exchanges’ every week with members from across the U.S. at our haves and wants and propswap meetings, and if you’ve listened in, you know that they’re both fascinating, and, if you don’t quite get the purpose, confusing.
So come to THIS meeting and learn how exchanging works, how to participate, and how to get what you need.
In this basic training, you’ll find out:
- The REAL purpose of an exchange meeting (it’s not ACTUALLY to make offers, or get offers on what you have)
- The “rules” about what to do if you want to make an offer, if someone else makes a competing offer, if you want to get in on a deal, how quickly you need to ‘decide’ on an offer you got or gave, etc.
- Why you shouldn’t care about trading even or trading up in value
- How to get into deals much bigger than you could ever do yourself, using the power of exchanging
If you’ve never attended an exchange meeting, or have but were TOTALLY confused, this is your chance to get up to speed on one of the most powerful strategies for saving taxes and getting into bigger and better deals than you can do yourself.
Here’s the agenda:
6:30 eastern: online networking, Q&A, and haves and wants
7:00 eastern: How to be a great exchanger, including a live demo
This meeting is FREE and Open to the public, so get your link below and join us!
