Thanks to our weekly Propswap Exchange Meeting, there’s more and more interest among our members in learning how to exchange things for other things.
We’ve seen deals where members exchanged:
- Properties for properties they liked better (without selling either one)
- Work for mentoring
- An option to buy their property for the money they needed to fix it
- Part of a deal for help DOING that deal
If you’ve listened in, you know that they’re both fascinating and, if you don’t quite get the purpose, confusing.
So come to THIS meeting and learn how exchanging works, how to do it in your everyday life, and how to get what you need.
In this basic training, you’ll find out:
- The REAL purpose of an exchange meeting (it’s not ACTUALLY to make offers, or get offers on what you have)
- The “rules” about what to do if you want to make an offer, if someone else makes a competing offer, if you want to get in on a deal, how quickly you need to ‘decide’ on an offer you got or gave, etc.
- Why you shouldn’t care about trading even or trading up in value
- How to get into deals much bigger than you could ever do yourself, using the power of exchanging
