Online Masterclass
The Rehab Survival Toolbox
With Ray Sasser
OPHP: 1-hour contract law, 1-hour purchasing, 3 hours classroom rehab

Rehabbing is a fact of life for real estate entrepreneurs.

Retailers, rental owners, and wholetailers know that their profits depend on doing it right, fast, and on budget, and even wholesalers need to understand how it works.

But it’s also the easiest way to LOSE money in real estate.

We can’t say this strongly enough:

If you don’t know the tips, tricks, and ‘gotchas’ that make the difference between getting the work done on time, on budget, and right, your next rehab might end up being the one that ends with you losing so much money that you can’t even pay back your lenders.

       Yep, it’s that important.

That’s why we’re devoting a whole day to making sure YOU understand the right way to do rehabs, whether they’re great big whole-property projects or smaller turnovers and updates.

In this online masterclass, you’ll find out:

  • How to get your “rough estimate” right before you even make an offer, so that you don’t have to back out of that offer after you’ve gotten the rehab bids
  • How to create a statement of work the easy way—and why a statement of work is super-important to do before you hire contractors
  • Why getting 3 bids” is the WRONG way to do it (and the way that works a lot better)
  • How to pick the right contractors, using the right QUESTIONS (which you’ll get when you attend)
  • Why you NEED a contract—not just a ‘bid sheet’—with your contractors (and yes, you’ll see a sample of what it should look like)
  • Whether you should or shouldn’t hire a General Contractor (GC)
  • What repairs and upgrades you SHOULDN’T do (over repairing is just as fatal to your profits as under repairing!)
  • All the tips, tricks for getting the right job done at the right price
  • All the common (and expensive!) traps to avoid.

Your instructor, Ray Sasser, has been renovating properties non-stop for over 40 years, from simple turnovers to rehabs of properties with mold, fire, termite, and flood damage (and even one that had had an explosion!), so he’s well-equipped to share what he’s learned, so that you don’t have to make the mistakes that so many do.

If you’re new to rehabbing, take this class before you so much as make an offer on a property you plan to renovate…

…and even if you’re an experienced retailer/rental owner/wholetailer, you’ll learn things from Ray that will save you (and therefore make you!) money.

Members pay just $67 ($47 if you register by 2/22); non-members $127 ($97 by 2/22, and seriously, it’s cheaper just to become HERE first and get ALL the benefits of COREE membership, including our monthly notes and mortgages focus group meeting)
